General Home Inspection includes: Roof, Structure, Exterior, Gutters & Ventilation, Grounds & Drainage, Fireplace, Amenities, Electrical, Interior, Heating & Cooling, Attic, Water Heater, Garage, Baths, Plumbing, Kitchen and Laundry/Wet Bar with colored pictures.
EMP
EMP Home Inspection includes: Electrical, Heating & Cooling, Attic, Water Heater, Garage, Baths, Plumbing, Kitchen and Laundry/Wet Bar.
Pre Market
Pre Market Inspection is a General Home Inspection that the seller has had performed. This inspection will provide information to the buyer concerning the status of the property.
EMP & Interior
Emp Home Inspection & Interior includeds: Electricial, Interior, Heating & Cooling, Attic, Water Heater, Garage, Baths, Plumbing, Kitchen and Laundry/Wet Bar.
Roof
Roof Inspection will inform the buyer of the condition, life and wear of the roof.
Septic System
Septic Inspection will inform the buyer the condition of the septic system. We use a dye to detect any mechanical problems and advise maintenance and up keep.
Reinspection
Reinspection is a walk through to to insure all the repairs have been repaired.
$50.00 fee for bill to close, no extra charge if paid at time of inspection.
Additional fees for: Crawl Space, Additional Heat & Air Systems and Sprinkler System.
